Comme des Garcons

Starting tomorrow Japanese fashion label Comme des Garcons will host a 4-day ‘shopping festival’ at the Saints Cyril & Methodius Croatian Catholic Church (which has a facebook page, of course). The festival will include food vendors and entertainment in the forecourt as well as clothes and accessories from all of Comme’s collections, which could include Comme des Garcons, designed by Rei Kawakubo (famously inspired by homeless bag women in NYC), sub-label SHIRT, Junya Watanabe’s eponymous line and samples from the now defunct Tao line designed by Tao Kurihara, on display and on sale for 70% off. A great way to kick off the spring!
