Perhaps I’m giving special attention to libations today (is it so obvious that I’ve had a tough week at work?), but this video of Chef Dave Arnold sabering a bottle of champagne (Yes! As in a saber!), courtesy of Bon Appétite’s daily blog, was a highlight of my day. And makes for a spectacular party trick!
